Kustom Report post Posted December 8, 2010 I have some wickett craig drum dyed bridle leather I'm using to make belts. I'm worried about the black rubbing off, do I need to seal it? Thanks, Steve
bison Report post Posted December 10, 2010 I'm no W&C expert, but my guess is that you do need to seal it. I expect that you're only getting dyed leather, not sealed and it'll have all the same issue it would if you dyed it yourself. And it couldn't hurt, right? Thanks, Steve No, you don't need to worry about drum dyed leather bleeding on anything. All I use on drum dyed is Resolene to make it shine.
