Members Chad Prince Posted December 21, 2010 Members Report Posted December 21, 2010 Need a little help. I made a couple of holsters for my revolvers. I wet formed them to the guns waited until dry and then stained them. After staining them they apparently shrank because they are now very tight. What do I do to loosen them up a little? Do I re-wet them? Any help is appreciated. Chad Quote
dirtclod Posted December 22, 2010 Report Posted December 22, 2010 (edited) Lobo i think it was said that he used Johnson paste wax on a plastic bag, then put the gun in the bag and then stuck it in holster and left it for a day or two and that made the guns fit when they were to tight. Here's a link to that thread http://leatherworker.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=28395 Edited December 22, 2010 by dirtclod Quote I'm old enough to know that i don't know everything.
