Splitter Or Power Skiver

I need to split 5oz veg tan down to 1.5 or 2oz. Small pieces for wallets and such, but I would also like to be able to skive the edges of the wallets to make a turned edge. I also would like to be able to use the it to skive belt ends. Can a power bell knife skiver do all these jobs?
