Simon K Report post Posted April 19, 2011 Hi guys, I've bought some veg tan buffalo calf leather and was wondering how it compares to veg tan cowhide? Are there any disadvantages to using it? It's approx 1.8mm thick (4-5oz) but I've only worked with cow hide before so am wondering if there's anything to worry about. Would it be suitable for making notebook covers with?
