Dye On Leather Faded Or Discoloured

Hi everybody,

I have encountered another problem these few weeks on my leather strap again. I have coated super shene on my dyed leather but the dye actually faded or discoloured and even the dye stick on my wrist. Can any body tell me how to solve the problem.
