I know weapons are taboo with laws and on this forum but its a huge part of my business lately, Here is a custom job for a Denver Texan Sap I did not want to "copy" another persons work so I cut the shape out to how I think the user would want it. 3 ply 10 oz leather butt hide already tanned in black, Three custom 5mm thick steel plates throughout the Sap more more weight, .65 the final weight came to and sewed on the Pearson 6 harness machine. Took two attempts to get the sewng proper. I also attached a loop strap for the grip. Steel rivets to attach it. Over all I think it worked out rather well, the Pearson no 6 or as I call it the "Iron Beast." needs a bit of taming as the sewing can go off track if your not paying attention. I sanded down the edges with a flap wheel on the grinder trying to get the uniform look and took advice to using saddle soap to burnish the edges. Man that was fun to see a suggestion work out!

Even when striking with a small amount of force this weapon proves quite effective.

Feedback welcome and enjoy!
