Billy P Report post Posted June 7, 2011 I was watching a movie made in 1971 on Encore Western Channel, and it had Jack Palance using, it looked like some sort of chisel, to do a design on a saddle seat. It showed him bent over working and when the man goes in to see him it shows him working and then putting the tool on the bench/table in front of him.
