So....what is the best method for dying hermann oaks harness leather?? I have been expirementing but nothing comes out even!!

Do ya ....deglaze then dye??

Do ya...just add dye??

Do ya ...dye with oil dye or spirits??

Any suggestions would be fantastic!!
