Leather Workshops Or Classes

I'm a handbag maker out of Portland OR and I'm looking for a 2-4 week class (not Tandy Leather) in leather sewing techniques. Preferably Handbags, but Shoemaking would be of interest too. You can see my skill level at my website www.xobruno.com.

Specifically learning about different types of hides, veg-tan dyeing and finishing (not tooling) industrial sewing. forming etc.

I will go anywhere that a good class is offered, preferably a warmer climate sometime between the months of March - May.

One on one, smallish workshops, schools etc.

Your key words are you are willing to 'go anywhere'. I personally would love to take a class here:

And looking at what you do you may find their classes beneficial.

There is another place in Montreal that I would love to take a class but you have to speak French which I do not.

Good luck, I don't know of any classes that teach the above type work in North America, I would be curious to see if there is any.
