hairybiker Report post Posted January 25, 2013 hi there,i removed mine by taking the pinion box out with shuttle to get to the screw,turn the machine onto its back,remove the two screws covering the pinion box the turn your wheel until the block on the driving pinion is at the furthest point on top(this makes returning back to same position easier)then slide out the long rack towards you after this all you have to do is remove the two securing screws and wiggle out the pinion box and shuttle,hope this helps you.
