Help With Singer 29K

HI ALL

How do i get the shuttle off ?

as there are something under it

and its catching as you turn the handle

i think i need to get to a pin ?

but not shore how to get to it

its a singer 29k53

hi there,i removed mine by taking the pinion box out with shuttle to get to the screw,turn the machine onto its back,remove the two screws covering the pinion box the turn your wheel until the block on the driving pinion is at the furthest point on top(this makes returning back to same position easier)then slide out the long rack towards you after this all you have to do is remove the two securing screws and wiggle out the pinion box and shuttle,hope this helps you.
