Sutton Sc-6-M Strap Cutter

I just bought a Sutton SC-6-M Strap cutter today for $200.00. It seams to works fine. It looks like it may have been a mounted unit but someone just cut the end of the table off and left it bolted to it so they could move it around. it seams to work but I would like to know where I might find blades for it. Also if anyone might have a Manuel on it or a place I might find out more info on it I looked on the net but nothing came up. Any help would be great.
