Dye Bleeding Off Jacket

I have a goat skin jacket brought to me that bleeds black dye off the inside of the jacket, particularly around the collar and shoulder seem areas. Other than covering the jacket with some kind of liner any products that might seal the edges and sewing areas and stop this? Thanks in advance. Gar.
