karl Report post Posted June 19, 2008 Hi fellow leather pounders, Here is another leather feather I carved last night. I haven't painted it yet and may leave it natural. Karl

karl Report post Posted June 20, 2008 Karl I love it! Very detailed . Thank you, I bought a DVD on how to make leather feathers and I kind of llike it, and have sseveral people who now want me to make them some feathers to put on their hats. The video is by Rob Barr and is well worth the money, I purchased it from Hide Crafters. Karl

I love pegasus and want to do a carving with all the wing feathers and stuff. Could prove to be quite a challenge but I'm feeling up to it . pavilionpony Report post Posted June 26, 2008 I may just have to get that there DVD. I love that feather. I have painted on real ones, I think a carving one then painting a picture on the tip would be really neat.
