Can you sew though a piece of kydex sandwiched between leather, with an Artisan 3200?

Thanks

Yes you can, but be aware that as the needle pushes through the kydex, there will be 'blow-out' on the back of the kydex. I've also had problems with the kydex cutting the thread when I've tried it.
