rod17 Report post Posted December 28, 2011 I have been asked to make a zippo case that fits the zippo and does not come off. I have made these cases before but his time I have been asked to decorate the case the design is pretty intricate(Indian chief's head) as I know the leather will stretch WHAT DO I DO FIRST mold or carve? The leather that I am going to be using is Veg tanned,1.6 mm thick and will be dyed and sheened on completion I will also be hand stitching the joint.
