How Did I Ever Live Without It!?

I've been using a utility knife to cut all my leather since I started this 'hobby/addiction' and it worked ok for me, but had never used a head or round knife and didn't have a comparison...I figured a knife is a knife and how much easier could it be to cut something with a big knife then it is with my razor sharp utility knife....

Picked one up the other day and wow! Ok, it was just one of the Al Stohlman knives that is on sale at TLF this month for like $45, I didnt want to make a couple hundred dollar investment in something that might end up not liking or needing... so no it isn't anything spectacular or anything... but brother, I tell ya it is MUCH easier then the utility knife!

I just recently pick one up too and it is much better than a utility knife for me. Now I just have to get good at sharpening it.
