What Edge Finish Process Is This?

Thanks for providing a place to let me ask questions.

I'm trying to find out where I can get my hands on a finishing product and machine that can do this:

Here is a picture of their process:

A lot of common leathergoods brands use the same or similar method, but I still can't find any information.

Call Dan at Campbell Randall. He has machines that do this.

Isn't that just a machine that burnishes/ polishes at high speed? Maybe the difference is that it's specific for chrome tanned leather but usually my finishes on veg tan look the same if I take my time with it.
