PD186 Report post Posted May 17, 2012 Thanks for the welcome I have had a look around and there is some great stuff but I was looking for some ideas to practice on but could not find much. Any suggestions on easy projects would be great as I am going to the local leather craft suppler on the weekend to get some offcuts for practice. I have a idea for a round coaster that I would like to try but I think it may be a little hard with limited tools what do you think? Yes I need to clean it up a little but you will get the idea of what I want to do.
Leather Girl Report post Posted May 17, 2012 Welcome to as others have said the best leather forum on the web. Now it depends on how limited your tools are but than can be accomplished with minimal tools. Always try it out on some scrap leather. Once you get the pattern onto the leather and start working with the knife and other tools you will see how easy it is. If you have some deer foot tools they are a help in this and would work well.
