I'm going through stamping and other hand tools I never use.

I was wondering if anyone knows who makes this tool and if it is an older or modern tool? I have two with this mark on them.

I ended up with 30 tools I will be putting everything on the market as a lot but want to be able to add any info I have in the descriptions.

It is the Devibliss tool company. They also made a swivel knife and blade. Now sure about other tools besides these chisels.
