Help with a project

Hi guys, I need help with the holster I am making.

Basicly it is a tuckable IWB using a comp-tac kydex belt clip. i need tend to secure the clip to the body of the holster with either a snap or a chicago screw. I am using 8-9 oz leather so I need a post on my snap or chicago screw that would go thru the leather and the hole on the comp-tac belt clip.

So my question is what length post should I use and when can I get them from?
