chancey77 Report post Posted March 11, 2013 I always make them different.. I just make a poster board template and stick it in my pocket... I I like it great if not I modify it.
Cyberthrasher Report post Posted March 11, 2013 Start your template by sizing it to what you're going to put in it. If it's just for cash - make your template based on the size of cash. If you're going to add cards, make it based on the layout of the cards you want and use that size.
Chief31794 Report post Posted March 11, 2013 I make them in two sizes, both are about 3-1/4" wide when folded, I make one 7" wide (standard) and one 6" wide (some folks don't like quite that much wallet sticking out of the pocket. However, you can make them any size you wish. These are the ones I make up and sell off the table, customizing is pretty easy, particularly since I make and install my own zippers, so I can make them any length I need. Cyberthrasher Report post Posted March 14, 2013 Give yourself a quarter inch for folding if you need a measurement, but that's all going to depend on the weight of the leather anyway. Just make the top flap a little longer, fold it, then trim to size
