How To - Correct Steps To Dye And Finish Leather - Need Help

I am new to leatherworking and would like to know the correct technique for dying/finishing leather. I am primairily working with undyed leather ("Craftsman Oak Tooling Sides"). Please let me know what steps to take from A-Z to provide the best results.
