Fdisk Report post Posted December 13, 2013 Ive recently had a few holsters ive had to refinish because of the finish peeling off, I use angelus flat top and have never had this issue. I have had it happen with two differant bottles and the company i bought it from the first time said it may have been frozen cause they had a issue with heating in one of there warehouses but this apparently isnt the case. I normaly dip my holsters and them airbrush on the final coat then give it about 8 hours to dry some times i just airbrush the topcoat on. Im ony had this happen with holsters that was dyed in black but i always buff them good to get the left over residue off. Ive used angelus, feblings water and alcohol as well as vinagroon and this has happen with black only at this point. Any one have any idea's? Angelus said to stir it with a stick and make sure to warm the leather and the flat top befor applying it.
