Horween Dublin Question

I'm looking at this leather to make collars/cuffs out of (I'm new, bare with me) and wondering if this leather needs treatment other than conditioner on the front? Will the back be bare? Do I need a special dye for the back side + finish?

Any ideas how stiff it is? I read its very supple yet holds shape okay?

Horween Dublin is completely finished already and doesnt need any kind of additional treatment or conditioner. The flesh side will be the same color (or close) to the front. Dublin not stiff at all due to the high oil content. It might stretch a little but should hold fine.
