Members SebusArt Posted October 5, 2014 Members Report Posted October 5, 2014 I'm relatively new to leather industry. At work we use two component glue which you mix, apply to leather and the other surface, let it dry and then with a heat gun reheat and cover the thing with leather. I would like to have similar fun at home but can't get the glue from the workshop. What is this glue? Or can I get one with similar properties that is already premixed and doesn't go off/lose stickiness after few hours? Where could I buy it in the UK? Thanks Quote
Members celticleather Posted October 6, 2014 Members Report Posted October 6, 2014 We use Bostik PA 5050 in the shoe repair trade. It can be allowed to dry completely, and is re-activated by heating with a hot-air blower or heat lamp.
