I retired in January, and have made belts, cartridge carriers, wallets, etc. I have the oppertunity to pick up a old, but in good working condition a Singer 241-13, from a upholstery shop that is closing. What questions should I ask? My intention is to make leather pillows, and handbags.Its for sale for $350.00? Does anyone have experience with this machine? Is it worth the money?
