I am selling my TIppman Boss hand stitcher. Serial # 1719. Model H-S. This is a cast iron model, not an aluminum model. It is In good condition & stitches like it should. Included are 7 bobbins, 3 needles, bobbin winder shaft, left & center presser feet, small plastic TIppman parts box & TIppman manual. For some reason this is all the pictures I could get to upload. Appearantly I do know how to take pictures either, don't know why they are sideways.

$1000.00 plus shipping.

I know where Katy is. It's for sale anytime. I just meant this was the only place I had listed it for sale. Hadn't listed it anywhere else.

I live just up the road from you in Clarksville and have a few questions if you don't mind, I am a newby and want to try my hand at making a few things for myself and see if can lead in to something else as I am retired and looking for something that can occupy my time and maybe make a few bucks at. Would this machine be to much for a newby that wants to make belts and holsters vs hand stitching? Why are you getting rid of it? I have been looking at electric models and cant seem to find anything that will work for a reasonable price, Thanks for your input.

Oldnslow I just picked up a used Boss as my first machine and can't say enough good things about it. If you have the money I would get one.I do mostly knife sheaths as well as holsters on mine.

Yes Sir your not too far away. Guessing about 150 miles or less. It workd great for belts, holsters, chaps, knife sheaths, harness, all types of cowboy gear, etc. In my opinion it's good for anyone not just a newbie. It's boils down to personal use & opinion. If you are needing to do a lot of sewing I would say go motorized just for the fact of time & speed. The thing I like about the Tippman is I control it completely. I had a Tachsew beofre this machine & it was way too fast for me. Good machine, it was just the wrong machine for what I used it for. I am thinking on replacing it with the Cowboy 3500 to speed things up a bit plus I have 3 kinds of arthritus & 2 shoulder surgeries & the cranking the handle gives me some problems. I am just going to make it easier on me more than anything. Hope this helps with your questions.
