I am interested in making a dog collar with a fillagree, of sorts, and the bottom layer would be dyed an opposing color - black with a pink bottom layer, for example. Once I've got the bottom layer dyed pink and finished it, I'm thinking of spraying on this Reflect-A-Lite.
