Yet Another Newb Finish Question. What Would You Do?

Hey All,

So I will be making a tote, using likely 4/5oz Veg Tan.

This is for a friend that wants turquoise / teal dyed.

As it stands, I am thinking about neatsfoot/beeswax blend. I want it to be fairly natural, and not "plastic-y"

With all the information out there, and on this forum I feel I am getting overloaded with info.

If you were making this tote/bag, and it would likely see it's (hopefully small) chance of rain, etc what would you use?

Brands? Blends? Amounts? Finishing Steps?
