I am looking for 2 bits of information.

1. Review my size chart for leather jackets.
2. How to determine details like:
   1. Neck to waist length.
   2. Waist to hip length.
   3. How to increase diameter from waist to hip?

For example. here is my size chart for men:

For each size, how deep is hip from waist?

For each size, when moving from waist to hip, how much should I increase the diameter after every inch? Or what is the usual practice?

I am more interested in UK sizes.
