How Do I Get The 'curls' Out Of Biothane?

I have recently bought a couple of 'beeper' locator collars (for working dogs) that are made of Biothane. They seem to have a "memory" from being rolled tight for packaging/shipping. Does anybody know how to get the perishing stuff to lay flat? Thank you in advance..........
