CordCraft Report post Posted August 13, 2015 Been knotting for a while, in particular addicted to tieing Turks Head type knots. And recently started doing them in leather - particularly Kangaroo Lace. Also recently tried for the first time some Edge Braiding and will try out some applique soon - often tend to make bracelets; but also do handle wraps on knotting tools too. CordCraft Report post Posted August 13, 2015 Thanks 25b - I am a member of numerous groups on FB, although not that one - so I will check it out. Frankly until very recently knotting (in cord or leather lace) as distinct and seperate to braiding has been my focus. Tried edge braiding for the first last month and also only done flat braiding once. I can see me doing more edge braiding and applique. But flat or round braiding is going to take some work. 25b Report post Posted August 13, 2015 It's just called that because "Rawhide and Roo Braiders, Knot Tyers, Plaitters, Edge Braiders, and anything Else Concerning Interweaving Leather Guild" would have been unnecessarily cumbersome.
