Kiwishovel Report post Posted January 12, 2016 Hi, I have downloaded the manual but it does not show how it is threaded before and after the bottom tension spring. I seem to be missing something around the take up spring, the take up spring does not move during sewing and the top stitch thread loops around the bottom of the needle. In the manual (page 8) it states after into the loop of the thread take up-spring, under the staple (7,Fig8 and9). I do not have this staple, My machine is different to the 7-31. I have a vibrating foot not a alternating foot. I am not sure if I am missing this part (I can not seem to find a spot for it to go) or I am thinking it all wrong.
