Stamping Guitar F-Holes

I am making this guitar strap for a friend and have limited stamping tools. I bought a beveler and found a nice f-hole pattern. Can someone help me with the next few steps that will make this pop? Or, am I done?

I like it just the way it is.

The only thing I could think of that might look good, i dunno, would be to invert, background the insides of the f holes. It might give the illusion of the real thing. Might be worth an experiment on some scrap.
