Randyc Report post Posted December 29, 2008 I was looking through my old holster drawer and found an old pocket holster for my North American Arms Mini .22 Revolver. This old holster was too narrow along the bottom and would tip over in my pocket and end up with the barrel facing up. " Tactically Bad" I decided to redesign this holster making the bottom at least 1" wider. This one fills the bottom of my pocket and remains upright. This one made of 6 oz. Hermann Oak cowhide, stitched with 277 weight thread, and finished in Fieblings USMC black. The ammo holder has a heavy duty line 24 snap and holds up to 7 rounds of .22 LR ammo. mliebs8 Report post Posted December 31, 2008 I like it, great idea on the ammo pouch. Are you having any better luck cutting the Hermann Oak?
Randyc Report post Posted January 2, 2009 Guys.thanks for the kind words. Mike The 6/7 Oz. cuts pretty easily. The 8/9 oz. is a little tougher to cut. Randy
