TheRuggedProject Report post Posted November 30, 2017 (edited) I am having problems with my 241. I was sewing with the machine when I had a needle break and go into the needle hole. I believe that I got the whole needle out. When I checked the timing, my machines hook was super dull, and the hook was hitting the needle. Should I replace the whole assembly? Perhaps I could sharpen the hook and do the adjustment. If anyone knows how to make these adjustment, and knows if you can sharpen a hook, let me know. Thanks!
