Hi!

I starting a custom horse tack business, foremost making dressage bridals and Halters.

I'll be using Biothane.

Is there anyone around the Lehigh Valley area (Allentown, Easton, Strodsburg, Phillipsburg in Pennsylvania) that can help me make them?
