first sheath with my new toro 3000

hey all this is my first sheath with my new sewing machine artsian toro 3000 I sold this knife a while back and this guy wanted a plain sheath for the civil war reenactments

in brown i'm new at the sheath making so this is what i came up with its thick so as if he fall off his horse the knife wont cut him

Thanks Luke i was trying period correct and plain ,i've never sewed anything before ,once on a friend machine, on a sheath but he helped. i'll start making all my sheaths now and with any luck i'll start making them nicer with the art and all ,its a hobby of its own and i have enough trouble making knives there so many tools to buy for leather so much to learn my little brain is hurting but i'm having the time of my life

Nice job on the sheath, but boy is that blade ever SWEET. I see you are in San Diego too, I am up north in Oceanside.
