But if you want to make a 3" wrist band you will have to angle / taper it where the buckle and strap meet unless you use a 3' buckle or maybe two buckles and straps sewn onto the 3" piece. gringobill Report post Posted July 20, 2011 Another option is to use a couple of sets of snaps instead of buckles. If you can get a good measurement of the wrist that it's going on you might only need one set of snaps but if it gets too tight or loose that could be a problem.
