Anyone Building Holsters For The Sig P290 Yet?

Recommended Posts

Like the title says - anyone out there building holsters for the Sig P290 yet? I have a customer requesting one and is willing to wait for me to find a dummy if/when they become available. If so, did you buy the real thing?

Eric

I've been making them for a few weeks now. Both with and without the laser. I bought the real steel at a gun show recently. There is still some significant discounting going on as SIG gets over the problem of the early guns with the trigger reset. Kind of a neat gun reliable and very accurate. Terrible trigger and could really use a mag extension as it is only a 1&1/2 finger grip and it is heavy for it's size. A lot of guys must like them though as holsters are selling well.

Denster - Can I ask what kind of pricing you've been seeing on them? I don't get out to many gun shows - Buds has it listed at $590.

I bought mine with the laser and night sights for right at $600 after tax. Used I have seen them without the laser and night sights for as low as $380.
