RoyalLeatherDesigns Report post Posted September 20, 2013 I am confused as to when ordering Barbour thread for a needle and awl machine what size thread would you guys use on it I was thinking like a 7 cord being that I mostly sew holsters dog collars etc. when you order it they ask if you want it left or right twist what does this mean if I am using a Cyclone sewing machine wich would I buy left or right twist is 7 cord too think or thick. What kind of wax should I put in the wax cup, the thread oil rom campbell I have also heard bees wax mixed with other stuff" how would you set up the machine. Any help appreciated...
