It's a truckmans belt! It's for firefighting, a firefighter (aka Truckee) would wear it and carry an axe or other assortment of heavy tools as he climbs the big aerial ladder on the fire truck.

What is that?...thats funny....but understandable.....yes its a Truckmans belt....they have been used for years, I sell a lot of these and they are very popular.
