scabbard hole instead Of plug

Al Stohlman suggests to install a plug at the bottom/end of the scabbard. If you've ever been riding in shitty weather and love your rifle, you know why I thought that would be a bad idea. Also this allows me to oil it well from time to time.
Next time I'll burnish this part first before I'm putting it together. Guess I'll get myself a Dremel tool and it up, using a small router for the inside edge and make myself a custom burnisher to get in there.
