scabbard stitching



Ya the weight... darn I should have skived it a bit before gluing it together. It's gotten too thick. About 14 mm now. Not sure what that works out to in ounces but saddle skirting isn't as thick.

And yes it's hand stitched. Mistakes hurt and you want to get a sewing palm before you do stuff like this here. It's been 2 day now and my fingers still hurt. No, I didn't poke myself. That's just from pushing and pulling. Also I was too lazy to use pliers. That would have been a smart idea.
