That is great! What is that finish? Very rich looking. I am planning to attempt a similar project soon, hope it goes as well as yours did!

I used Fiebings British Tan, then a coat of Neatsfoot oil, then some Fiebing's Aussie conditioner, with a bit of a buff. 

Was a lot simpler than I had expected, and I love using the thing - only the second thing I've made for myself!
