This looks amazing! Did you put anything inside the handle?

Thanks! No, the handle is just two layers of 8 oz leather folded over, glued, and then stitched. After wet molding around the glass and to create the handle shape I "crisped" it in a very low heat oven, which seems to give it some rigidity. Enough for its intended purpose, anyway! . Making the pattern took some time-- I used 1/8" foam to experiment quite a bit before it came out right. Merry Christmas!
