Another view... this knife is supposed to be used to slice lead came for stained glass work. It slices leather nice, too.

just want to let you know how i find your knife to be very beautiful and elegant. how i wish i could have a knife like that. i can sure use one for creasing my bags. and that matching sheath is a gem! keep posting its really a good way to keep us motivated and up when all we see are just posts without pics. i love this site so many treasures!

Thanks! I never thought of dulling the blade on one of these knives to use as a creaser. That is a great idea! You can find came knives at stained glass supply companies or maybe on ebay, about 15 bucks. Yes, this site has many treasures. I get inspired here, too.
