I've really only worked with cow before, this stuff is novel but unfamiliar. Without the sea turtle factored, what would be a decent price for a local sale?

Hi all, I'm the OP from the reddit thread. I was searching what I'm supposed to do with this (presumed) sea turtle leather and this post came up, so I figured I'd create and account and see if anyone knew more. I looked through the CITES documentation and FWS guidance but there isn't anything other than "cant sell sea turtle internationally or in interstate commerce." As I run a business, I'd like to make some money on this item if possible, but if it is going to get me sent to federal prison Ill just throw it out.
