I bought an old Adler without seeing it first Big mistake. There is history behind this machine but I must make sure the dates are correct before I can put the history together. The markings on it are Adler 30-1. can I still get hold of the parts manual or parts for this machine. Any information about parts or manuals for this machine would be a great help.

I’m laying the two pieces together and lacing over the seam . I’ve just done another test peace and the 5-1 pattern seems to cover the best. Thanks for the suggestions

Ok here goes. I’m trying to leather lace the edge of an arrow quiver. I’ve seen some quivers that have been sewn together not to my liking. As for the 4-1 ratio the first hole is one where you start the lace you count 4 holes I put the lace through on the opposite side. I then go back to hole 2 and so on. I know I might be telling my grandmother how to suck eggs and I apologize. Does this make sense

Is it better to use a 6-1 edging than a 4-1. I use a 2mm pricking iron and a 3mm wide lace
